Tips/ Serving suggestions
- Use a low medium heat to cook your crepes. A high heat will make your crepe become tough.
- Pour batter in the middle of a pan while turning the pan so that it is flat and thin.
- Let the crepe dry before turning it over. Flip it slowly as the crepe is easily torn.
- Let the crepe cake chill before you decorate the top. This will let everything firm up to cut a neat slice.
- You can decorate your cake with assorted of fresh fruits/nuts or you can add toppings on your crepe cake such as ganache, cocoa powder, matcha powder and anything that suitable.
- This recipe will produce around 20 layers of crepe so you can adjust the height according to your preference. Recommended to put more cream on each layer so that the cake will not be too dry.
- You can add fruits, nuts or any filling on each cream layer for better mouthfeel.
- Serve and eat it with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
