Tips/ Serving suggestions: 

- Let the dough rest before adding egg, because we don't want to cook the egg into the batter.   

- If you like the taste of the churros to be sweeter, you can sprinkle a little bit of icing sugar on it. 

- For a better taste, roll the churros into the cinnamon sugar mixture and served it with some fresh milk. 

- Really pay attention to the color as they fry. Their golden brown color will let you know when is side is done. If under-cooked they'll seem raw in the center, so wait for that golden brown shade. 


Steps:

A. CHURROS 

Step 1:

Add water, butter and sugar to a large saucepan, brings to a boil over medium high heat.

Step 2:

Add flour, reduce heat to medium low and stir constantly with a rubber spatula until mixture comes together and is smooth.


Step 3:

Transfer mixture into a large bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.


Step 4:

Next, mix in vanilla essence and egg to flour mixture and stir it until well combined and smooth.


Step 5:

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a rounded star nozzle.


Step 6:

Carefully pipe mixture into preheated oil, into about 6 inch lengths, cut end with clean scissors.


Step 7:

Let fry about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel to dry briefly about 15 second. Let cool for a few minutes then serve warm. 


B. CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Step 1:

In a saucepan, add in fresh milk and Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.


Step 2:

Next, place the Socolic’s Chocolate Malt Drink Powder into it and stir until smooth.


Step 3:

Lastly, add in butter into the ganache, stir it and ready to be served with the churros. 


C. MATCHA GANACHE 


Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder. Mix with cold water for about 5 to 7 minutes.


Step 2:

Melt the white chocolate using double boil method.


Step 3:

Add in the whipping cream and Rosie’s Ross Matcha Green Tea Powder into the white chocolate mixture and stir it until well combined. Ready to be served with the churros.
