Tips/ Serving suggestion 

- Make sure use fresh fruits in this recipe. If strawberry is not available can replace with blueberry or mango

- Layer mousse with strawberry puree and add fresh whipping cream on top for better mouthfeel.

- Can add crunchy material like crumb or nut during serving to get better texture.


Steps:

Step 1:

In a blender, blend the strawberry with the sugar. Blend until become puree. 

Step 2:

In another bowl, whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder with cold water. Whip the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes until peak form. 

Step 3:

Then add strawberry puree and fold it into the whipped cream until well combined.

Step 4:

Pour the mousse into small dessert cups. Serve them right away or refrigerate 2-3 hours. Serve them chilled with some freshly chopped strawberries!
