SNOW WHIP CREAMY STRAWBERRY MOUSSE WITH GELATIN

minutes of your time to make.
This easy strawberry mousse is a delicious balance of wonderful strawberry flavour and smooth creaminess. Without wasting time, lets learn on how to make this super easy dessert!

Tips/Serving suggestions
- Make sure in step 3, Oven & Chalice Gelatin Sheet is fully soaked and all part of gelatin must cover with water. You can cut the gelatin sheet into small pieces to make it easier to be absorbed. Use room temperature water to soak the gelatin sheet.
- Addition of gelatin helps the mousse become smooth and silky.
- Make sure use fresh fruits in this recipe. If strawberry is not available, can replace with blueberry or mango.
- Can add crunchy material like crumb or nut during serving to get a better texture.
Steps:
Step 1:
In a
blender, blend the strawberry with the sugar. Blend until become puree.
Step 2:
Boil the
puree for 3-4 minutes in a saucepan over low heat. After done, remove from heat
and put aside.
Step 3:
In
another bowl, fully soak Oven & Gelatine Sheet in the water.
Step 4:
When the
gelatin sheet softened, melt the gelatin sheet by putting the bowl on hot water
(double boil method). Stir the mixture until all gelatine fully dissolved. Put
aside.
Step 5:
In
another bowl, whip Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix with cold water for 5 to 10
minutes until peak form.
Step 6:
Then,
add in gelatin mixture into strawberry puree.
Step 7:
Fold
strawberry puree into the whipped cream until combined.
Step 8:
Pour the mousse into small
dessert cups. Serve them right away or refrigerate 2-3 hours and serves them
with fresh chopped strawberries.
