Tips/ Serving suggestions

- For a better taste, you can add some chocolate chips, raisins or any types of nut inside the batter.

- You can also replace castor sugar with icing sugar or brown sugar.

- These cookies will last for 3-4 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

- If you’d like longer term storage, you could freeze the in an airtight freezer bags for up to 2 months.


Steps:

Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy.

Step 2:

Add in vanilla essence and egg into the mixture and stir well.

Step 3:

Next, fold in the wheat flour, corn starch, baking powder and Snow Whip Granulatos Chocolate Powder into the batter.

Step 4:

Mix in crushed cornflakes and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 5:

Using a small spoon, scoop out about 1 teaspoon of the cookie dough and place it on baking tray lined with parchment paper or baking tray greased with some butter.

Step 6:

Lastly, top the cookies with cube cherry and bake it for 20 minutes at 150°C. Let the cookies completely cool and ready to be served.
