Tips/ Serving suggestions

- You can sprinkle some chocolate chips/nuts on top of the muffin, for a better taste.

- Most important rule of making muffin is to not over stir the batter because we want keep the moist texture of the muffins.

- Once you remove the muffins from the oven, let them sit in their pan for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack.

- Don’t overfill the muffin cups because we want to prevent them from spilling out over the top of the cups.

Steps:

Step 1:

In a large bowl, sift the wheat flour, Snow Whip Granulatos Chocolate Powder, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

Step 2:

In another bowl, whisk together the castor sugar, eggs and vanilla essence just for a while.

Add in chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 6:

Fill muffin cups ¾ full with batter. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the batter.
