A. CHOCOLATE POD

B. CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Tips/ Serving suggestions:
- You can add or sprinkle some diced almond/ favorites topping such as chocolate chip on top of your cookies for a better taste.
- If you like a crispy texture of the cookies, you can add your baking time for another 5 minutes.
- Make sure you make the hole while it is still hot because if you’re done it when it is already cold it will crack the cookies.
- These cookies can be kept in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
Steps:
A. CHOCOLATE POD
Step 1:
In a large bowl,
combine the butter and sugar and beat both ingredients until fluffy and creamy.
Step 2:
Next, add in egg
and vanilla essence into the mixture and mix again just until combine.
Step 3:
Sift the wheat
flour, baking powder and baking soda into wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 4:
After that, place
the almond powder and Socolic’s Chocolate Malt Drink Powder into the batter and
stir until all the ingredients combine each other and form non-sticky dough.
Step 5:
Form the dough into
a small ball and place it into cookies paper cup. Bake the cookies for 10 to 15
minutes at 170
Step 6:
After removing the
cookie from the oven, use the end of mixing spoon or spatula to make a small
hole in the middle of the cookies.
Step 7:
Let it cool for at
least 20 to 30 minutes. Place the chocolate ganache inside the piping bag and
pipe the cold ganache into each cookies pod. Ready to be served.
B. CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Step 1:
In a saucepan, add
in fresh milk and Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder. Bring to a boil over medium
high heat.
Step 2:
Next, place the
Socolic’s Chocolate Malt Drink Powder into it and stir until smooth.
Step 3:
Lastly, add in
butter into the ganache, stir it and let it cool for a while before pipe into
the cookies pod.
