This matcha mousse is very suitable as a dessert, especially during hot weather like nowadays. It can be eat immediately after you make it or after you chilled it. The taste of this matcha mousse is similar to a super yummy soft ice cream.

Tips/ Serving suggestions

- You can layer the mousse with matcha ganache and add in red bean paste in between mousse layers for better mouthfeel. 

- You can keep the mousse in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

- You can also add strawberries, raspberries and chocolate decorations on top of the mousse for an extra special touch. 


Steps:

Step 1:

Cut the Oven & Chalice Gelatin Sheet into small pieces and disperse gelatin into water. Fully soak gelatine sheet in room temperature water until all water absorbed. Double-boil the gelatine until dissolved to use. Set aside.


Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix, sugar, Rosie’s Ross Matcha Green Tea Powder and cold milk for about 8 to 10 minutes at high speed until smooth and creamy.


Step 3:

Add the melted gelatin solution into the mixture and whip just until combined.


Step 4:

Pour the mixture into your preferred glass or cup and keep overnight in the chiller before serving.
