1Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix gram100
2Cold Milk gram 150
3Cold Water gram150
4Sweetened Creamer gram20
5Rosie's Ross Matcha Green Tea Powder gram 10 


Tips/ Serving suggestions

- Top get a creamier taste of the ice cream, use full cream milk.

- For a better mouthfeel, you can add some fresh fruits or any types of chocolate on top of the ice cream.

- Enjoy the ice cream after you already freeze the ice cream overnight.

- In order to get a nice scoop of ice cream, use ice cream scoop and soak it into hot water before scooping. You will get a clean and round ball scoop of ice cream. Serve it in ice cream cone or ice cream cup. 


Steps:

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients in mixer bowl.


Step 2:

Whip the mixture for 5 minutes until fluffy and creamy.


Step 3:

Pour into container and keep overnight in the freezer.


Step 4:

Add on your favorite topping to enjoy the ice cream.
