Tips/ Serving suggestions
- Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature so they can be easily incorporated into a smooth evenly textured batter. This will give a nice and soft texture.
- Triple sifting the dry mixture will ensure that the leavening agent is dispersed evenly throughout the mixture and can prevent holes and tunnels in the cake.
- You can keep the cake at room temperature for 2 to 3 days and if you placed the cake in the fridge, bring it back to room temperature before serving about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve it with vanilla ice cream or sweet red bean paste for a better taste.
