Tips/ Serving suggestions:

- You can also add shredded chicken inside your soup for extra protein. 

- If you want soup to be thicker, you can add some corn starch during cooking process. 

- Serve mushroom soup with garlic bread and add parmesan cheese on top of soup for a better taste. 

- Sprinkle some dried oregano, thyme or rosemary to enhance the flavor and taste of the soup. 

- You can use any type of mushroom for soup,  the best one will be white button mushroom or portobello mushroom. 


Steps:

Step 1:

Mix Snow WhipWhipping Cream Powder Mix with cold milk and slight whip. Set aside the cream.

Step 2:

Blend button mushroom into tiny pieces. Sauté the mushroom until it become creamy.

Step 3:

Add water and chicken stock into mushroom paste. Heat up.

Step 4:

Add in the cream until the soup become thicken and creamy.

Step 5:

Lastly, add salt and black pepper for seasoning.
