Tips/ Serving suggestions:
- Store cookies in an air tight container at room temperature. It can last up for 5 days.
- Bake less if you want chewy cookies, more if you want crispy cookies.
- You can add almond nibs or almond flakes into the batter before bake.
- Serve the cookies with fresh milk for a better taste.
Steps:
Step 1:
In a mixer, beat butter and both sugar until fluffy.
Step 2:
Add in egg bit by bit and beat after every addition until well incorporated. Add in vanilla essence and mix just until combined.
Step 3:
Then, add in Snow Whip Granulatos Malted Milk Powder into the batter and beat again until combined.
Step 4:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture and use a spatula to mix it.
Step 5:
Lastly, add in chocolate chips and mix it well.
Step 6:
Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the cookie batter by teaspoonful or ice cream scoop. Chill for at least 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 7:
After that, preheat the oven for 10 minutes/ 150°C. Baked the chilled dough at 160°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 8:
Once done, transfer to a wire rack to allow them to cool completely.
