Tips/ Serving suggestions: 

- Melt the biscoff spread using double boil method and drizzle it on top of the cheesecake. 

- Decorate the cake with whip cream.

- Add a half broken biscuit, biscuit crumbs on top of the biscuits for a better taste. 


Steps:


A. CHEESECAKE

 Step 1:
 In a food processor or a ziploc bag, crush the lotus biscuits into fine crumbs.


Step 2:

Then, mix with the melted butter and blend together until well combined.


Step 3:

Place a cupcake paper into cupcake mould and press down firmly the biscuit and chill it for at least 30 minutes. This will act as a cheesecake base.


Step 4:

In a mixer, whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix with cold water until peak form. Put aside.


Step 5:

Then, whip the cream cheese together with lotus biscoff spread until smooth.


Step 6:

Then mix the cream cheese mixture into whipping cream until well combined.


Step 7:

Divide the mixture evenly over each biscuit base and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight. Once chilled, remove cake from cupcake paper. Put aside.  


B. TOPPING 

Step 1:

Melt the lotus biscoff spread using double boil method.


Step 2:

Put the melted lotus biscoff spread on top of cheesecake.


Step 3:

Whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix with cold water until peak form. Pipe the whipping cream on top of cheesecake.


Step 4:

Sprinkle some biscuit crumbs on top of cream so that the cake look amazing.
