A. PUFF

B. CREAM FILLING

Tips/ Serving suggestions:
- Make sure before baking puff, sprinkle some water on top of puff to help it expand.
- Make sure butter is in room temperature before use to make puff.
- After baking is done, turn off the oven and leave the creampuff in the oven for 5-10 minutes to minimize rapid shrinkage of the puff.
- There are so many possibilities for delicious fillings. You can try vanilla cream, custard, matcha cream, chocolate cream, and strawberry cream. So many possibilities!
Steps:
A. PUFF
Step 1:
Mix water, butter and salt into a pot. Cook into medium heat and stir evenly until boil. Take off from heat.
Step 2:
Add in flour and return to medium heat around 2-3 minutes until film formed at bottom. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add in egg and vanilla essence. Mixed well.
Step 4:
Pour the mixture into piping bag. Pipe onto baking paper and ensure all keep apart as the puff will expand a lot.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until puff turn brownish.
B. CREAM FILLING
Step 1:
Mix cream cheese, icing sugar and salt in a mixer and mixed it well. Put aside.
Step 2:
In another bowl, whip Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix with cold water for 5-10 minutes until peak form.
Step 3:
Mix both mixture and let it cool in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Pipe cream into puff when it is ready.
